COMECOME Guides After Your Download Attempt
The six guides cover a saved package, repeated download notices, a first-open network issue, missing login codes, returning to help and interpreting a cricket result.
Start with the question that matches the screen or file in front of you. Each guide covers a specific task so you can continue from the right stage.

COME APK Is Saved: What Should You Do Next?
After a COME APK is saved, review that completed file before opening Android’s installer. Saving a package is a checkpoint, not a confirmation that the app has been installed.

Repeated COME Download Notices: Check the File List
Repeated download notices may represent several browser attempts rather than several installed apps. Inspect the browser file list and Android’s app information separately.

COME Network Error on the First Launch
If COME reaches its first screen and then reports a network issue, record that app-stage message. The next check concerns loading content, while the APK installation result should be assessed separately.

COME OTP Not Received After Opening the App
A missing OTP concerns receipt of an account verification message. Check the current login flow and recovery destination before treating it as an APK download problem.

Return to COME Help from the Account Menu
The COME menu includes Contact CS and Settings below account activity entries. Use the help route when you need to describe a service question, and Settings when the task is an app control.
